Power Cut?
Are you an ESE maintenance customer?
If you have a maintenance contract with us and experience a power issue on your high-voltage equipment, please contact ESE on 0113 272 1222.
If you do not maintenance contract with us and you have a power cut, call the national Call 105 service.
105 is a free national phone number that connects you to your local electricity network operator if you experience a power cut in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), instead of calling your electricity supplier.
When to use 105
Call 105 if
- You have a power cut
- You want information or updates about a power cut in your area
- You see damage to electricity lines or substations that could put people in danger (if there is an immediate risk to life, call 999 as well)
105 and the PowerCut105 website
The quickest way to report or check a problem is often online. If you have internet access, you can:
- Visit powercut105.com to report a power cut or get information on what to do during an outage
- Use the site to find your local network operator and view updates for your area
Non-maintenance customers should call 105 or visit powercut105.com if you experience a power cut or need information about an interruption to your supply.
