ESE created a new 11kV high-voltage ring at Haven Presthaven Beach Resort in North Wales, upgrading an existing radial feed to support easier power distribution across the holiday park.

 

Problem

 

Haven Presthaven Beach Resort had an existing radial high-voltage feed into site, which limited how power could be distributed around the park. The site needed HV reinforcements to make distribution across the network easier and better suited to current and future demand.

 

Solution

 

Haven Presthaven Beach Resort had an existing radial high-voltage feed into site, which limited how power could be distributed around the park. The site needed HV reinforcements to make distribution across the network easier and better suited to current and future demand.

ESE were exceptional. They agreed to stay on site for the weekend to stay on call to fix the fault within a matter of a few minutes to reduce the disruption to our guests and owners. They kept in contact along the way and were swift to organise a generator with colleagues in the late hours of a Sunday evening. It was extremely reassuring to know they were supporting us. Thank you.
